Coming from a corporate background in mental health over the last 16 years, I’ve seen firsthand how vital it is to prioritise wellbeing, not just in moments of crisis, but every day. That experience inspired me to create Braewell: a company founded on the belief that consistent, thoughtful support can make a real difference in people’s lives.
